Princess Leopard Print is my online and design moniker. I have had a life-long love of artisan crafts and art. Born, raised, and schooled in Nashville, Tennessee, I settled in the Washington, DC area for my career after brief stints as a younger adult in New Mexico, New York City and Los Angeles. Exposure to all of these fabulous locales and opportunities fueled my love of different styles -- from Native American to Chinoiserie; the natural beauty of gemstones and minerals; the luminescence of shells, pearls, and mother of pearl; and other beautiful hand-crafted objects.
Previously we operated a store with a door just outside Washington, DC, where we focused on Bringing Resort Chic to Everyday Life. Now we have migrated northward, but still operate in the Mid-Atlantic region. Thanks for visiting, and I hope you enjoy Spotted Palm by PLP!
P.S. Yes, there is a story behind the name -- Princess Leopard Print -- and the fingerprint-spotted leopard mascot made one summer decades ago when I was about 11 years old -- but I'll save those stories for another day! =^.^=
